Do you see a pattern here?? What else were we suppose to do with the leftover "Kristen's Special Syrup"??? These pancakes are heavenly. Plop a handful of blueberries on top of the batter before turning, then top with more fresh blueberries and syrup.
Buttermilk Pancakes
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup milk, to thin batter
Combine dry ingredients. Add buttermilk, eggs and butter. Add milk, a little at a time. Cook on hot, well greased griddle.
