I love sweet and spicy baked beans. This is a simple recipe - Beans, bacon, onion, ketchup, sugar...I don't care for meat, or a big variation of beans in my baked beans -just good old plain Navy beans - found in S&W Pork and Beans.
Sweet Baked Beans

4- 15 oz cans Pork and Beans, drained
½ lb bacon chopped
½ onion chopped
1-cup ketchup
¾ cups brown sugar
Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic
Hot sauce, to taste
Cook bacon, until crisp. Drain off grease, and remove bacon to dish. Add onion to pan, sauté until softened. Add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1-½ hours in ovenproof pan, or cook on stove top over medium low heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
